We often get asked what resources are available for getting the latest news on eye tracking and usability, so I thought I would add a couple of items here that I look at regularly, although Twitter is of course a great minefield of information to sift through…

From our friends over in Australia we have the very active blogger and social media lover James Breeze of Objective Digital, there are a couple of feeds here, one eye tracking, one more general UX and the other a link to his very active Twitter feed : http://objectivedigital.com/blog/our-blog.html

Of course Tobii have their own blog which is updated by the training team guys and is here : http://tobii.posterous.com/

If Whitepapers and academic reports are your thing there is a list of over 200 here using Tobii systems : http://www.diigo.com/list/tobiieyetracking

On Linkedin there are a large number of groups to join, the Eye Tracking Group, MR groups and so on – these are great forums for posting questions, getting feedback from other users and more.

If videos are your thing then YouTube has a huge resources of eye tracking related videos, look for the AcuityETS page, or search for Tobii and you will probably find something to demonstrate what you are looking for!

And finally for this (ongoing) list is a Twingly channel set-up by our friend James in Sweden…. Twingly is a news feed and this collects blogs, post and news on eye tracking in one resource : http://www.twingly.com/eyetracking

Feel free to add any suggestions for more – drop me a mail at jon@acuity-ets.com

And to anyone reading this post – please feel free to send me any suggestions of eye tracking blogs/resources too and I’ll be more than happy to add them to the Twingly eye tracking channel that Jon has linked to above.
