We get a lot of questions about why there are blank frames and pages in Tobii Studio – and that is because when Tobii Studio takes a snapshot of the URL the frames haven’t run or loaded yet so we get some empty space. You can however fool Studio into seeing a different image to overlay your gaze data…. see the page below taken from our training course!
