Tobii Studio Paper on the Effectiveness Of Retrospective Think Aloud (RTA) September 18, 2009

As the first in a number of papers over the coming months, we present a report covering a study showing the effectiveness of using retrospective methods to identify issues in usability studies. The study was operated in Sweden and focused on the music streaming site, Spotify. It’s an interesting read with some good points raised that we hope will spark discussions!
